Currency
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) . If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert and may charge a foreign transaction fee. We do not control or reimburse those fees.
When You Pay
Payment is captured when you place your order. The charge will appear on your statement under the merchant name for embarkvetgift.com. If we cancel your order before shipping, we void or refund the charge.
Security

Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not process. You will get an email to try again with another method. We may cancel orders with incomplete payment.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method under our Return & Refund Policy. Allow 7–10 business days after we process for the refund to appear on your statement.
